Aurigny Airlines baggage policy
At Aurigny Air, passengers are not allowed to transport any objects with sharp edges in hand luggage, liquids can be transported only in 100 ml containers, placed in a transparent plastic bag. The airline will not accept any item of luggage weighing more than 23 kg. There are also other rules related to the Aurigny baggage policy. All the restrictions are available to passengers on the carrier’s website. They can find information about Aurigny checked baggage and Aurigny hand baggage. Perfect, personal service from this small company. Departing Southampton, as all of the passengers and crew were ready earlier than scheduled boarding time, we were able to travel and therefore arrive ahead of time. I'm sure that was a bonus for any holidaymakers or those returning home. All staff very personable and friendly while still getting on with the job. On return journey, there were issues with fog delaying flights, but I witnessed staff doing all they could to link up passengers with other routes/transport to ensure they didn't miss connecting flights.

Mixed review
It is known that the airline is small with limited flights to limited areas. Pros: Great pilots! They seem to be able to fly in most any condition which is a plus, considering the regions they fly. Cons: I had the impression that the ground crew and flight attendants were unhappy, based upon their response to me and their overall attitude.
