Baggage policy

- Austrian – between Germany and Austria,
- SWISS – only for departures from Frankfurt, Munich, Belgrade, Tokyo, Vienna and Catania,
- LOT – (with the exception of Hamburg and Stuttgart) between Germany and Poland,
- TAP Air Portugal only for departures from Dusseldorf or London Heathrow,
- Adria Airways and Croatia Airlines at departures from Germany,
SAS for departures from Germany (except for Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Berlin Tegel), Dubai and Zagreb. After completing the process, you have to remember about printing your boarding pass. This document is necessary at the airport. You can also save it on your phone. Most passengers don't want to spend too much time at the airport before the planned departure. Fleet

my journey, that was supposed to be a 4 hours trip, was at the end a nightmare with missed connections and even a flight (from Munich to Nice) they canceled 10 minutes before boarding… which made me stay one night in Munich.

Awful
My family who speaks minimum amount of English had to travel trough Munich, but less than 24 hours before hand their flight was canceled due to the streik on the airline. They were generous rebooked to a different flight from frankfurt to Dublin, just to be notified 10 min prior departure from Frankfurt, that this flight, also has been canceled. Then leaving the gate, and going to information, they are told that the flight will happen. With 1 hour delay they made it to Dublin, but stress as beyond what they needed on the first day of their holiday.

Shocking service was delayed by 1hr 50mins
Absolutely no communication whatsoever missed my connecting flight thanks to them I asked for help for a new flight but no help at all asked for 220 euro for a flight in the next 50mins that they couldn't gurantee I could get
