Seychelles
The Seychelles is an archipelago in the Indian Ocean, located about 1,600 km from Africa, northeast of Madagascar. The country consists of 115 islands, the largest of which is Mahé—home to the capital, Victoria. Around 100,000 people live here, and the official languages are Creole, English, and French. Thanks to its tropical climate, the islands enjoy warm weather year-round, with temperatures ranging from 24 to 30 °C. The best time to visit is from May to October. Highlights include pristine beaches, nature reserves, and a rich array of wildlife, including the celebrated giant tortoises.
