    Batumi
    Batumi, located in southwestern Georgia on the Black Sea, is the capital of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. It's the country's second-largest city, home to about 179,100 people. The city features a commercial and industrial port, a refinery, and a higher pedagogical institute. Batumi blends Christian and Muslim influences, evident in its diverse architecture, such as the 19th-century Turkish mosque. The subtropical climate means summers are warm and ideal for a visit, with temperatures around 25 °C.
