Brak komunikatów w języku polskim , nie każdy zna język angielski i niemiecki. Wylot z opóźnieniem godzinnym , długi czas staliśmy na dworze gdzie ziąb i wiatrzysko . W ramach zadośćuczynienia pasażerowie powinni otrzymać chociaż kubek ciepłej herbaty lub kawy .

Obsługa ,szybkość odprawy
Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie , dostępność informacji ze strony pracowników Ryanair o głowę wyżej niż w Londynie . Może z powodu iż Szymany są malutkim i kameralnym lotniskiem ,ale na pewno godnym polecenia .
