Great service
The gate staff was very helpful with accommodating my wife and me with early boarding due to her inability to bring her luggage onto the plane due to medical issues.

Good and New looking
Good Airport 2 separate small terminals easy to drop off and traverse.. not even close to the efficiency of BDL but it wasn't a turn off.. BDL TSA should teach classes on Efficiency... RDU... was very clean with nice design work and clear signage...
