Great Airport

Clean Friendly Staff, Fast Check in..loads of shopping if you want that. The only negative is the ques at immigration..which can be very long on arrival.

Nightmare

Overcrowded. 100-metre long queue to REACH departure and baggage check area. I had to run to reach my gate as it was 10 minutes after closing by the time I got through departure procedures. And I arrived 2–3/4 hours before my flight was due to leave. It was the worst experience of travelling J have ever had.

Busy and overwhelm

There were so huge volume of passengers and crowded. Despite the service by the airline counter was very good, the immigration check points were only a few police counter open which led to over backlog of passengers with a very long and crowded lines of passengers waiting to be checked out. This was far worsen ever I had seen about a long waiting que of passengers to be checked out and had to rushed to catch their plane.
