Booking classes
With Virgin Atlantic aircrafts you can travel in the Economy, Premium Economy and Upper Class classes. The Economy class offers standard flight conditions. Premium Economy passengers have priority to enter the plane, free of charge can choose a seat onboard, sit in comfortable, wider seats, have more legroom, can work on their laptop having access to WiFi. Upper Class are private sky-high apartments, as seats with a single button spread to the position of a flat bed, available to everyone is a spacious table, a storage space for a laptop and a separated space at the airport.

On Virgin Atlantic international routes, you can check-in online from 24 hours to 2 hours before the planned departure, and for domestic flights from 24 hours to 65 minutes.

London Gatwick airport
London Gatwick International Airport is the second, after Heathrow, the busiest international airport of London. It is located 40 km south of the center of the British capital and the same distance to the north of Brighton. Within the port area, there are many bars, restaurants, cafes, there are also a lot of multi-branch stores, including duty-free. 8 car rental companies provide services in the arrivals hall. In the southern terminal there is a 24-hour internet cafe, and there are special points at the airport with wireless Internet access.
Refreshments
In the economy class, the airline serves, depending on the time of flight, dessert, breakfast or other light meal. Passengers receive bottled water, and alcohol can be purchased before dinner. On the night flights, the airline serves tea or hot chocolate. In the Premium Economy class, passengers are served dishes on fine porcelain. You can choose between three delicious main dishes and order wine, either white or red. After dinner, you can enjoy a liqueur. Upper Class passengers are additionally greeted on board with a glass of champagne.
Additional services
Virgin Atlantic airline was the first to offer onboard entertainment for individual passengers in all flight classes. They have at their disposal a lot of films of various genres, including for children, music, audiobooks, games.

Well even though we were told virgin atlantic we didnt see a single virgin plane . trip to Amsterdam was KLM and Flight to america was Delta . 3 of the 4 planes had a least an hours delay for fog or ice or more fuel being loaded on .

Food Issues
There is very difficult to submit a special food request on Virgin Page, therefore, I was struggling during the flight especially coming back from Havana. With is not acceptable considering the price charged for the journey.

Comfortable 9 hour flight
This was a pleasant flight. The in-flight entertainment was appreciated with recent release films on offer. The food was ok and the attendents all helpful and attentive.
