UTair
UTair Aviation Airlines were established relatively long ago in 1967. It is a Russian carrier, which most often operates domestic filghts, but it also handles international hauls. Interestingly, low cost UTair Aviation airlines have at its disposal a helicopter landing site. The line is based in the Russian city of Khanty-Mansisk, otherwise known as the Gate of Siberia. The city is located in Siberia and has its own airport of the same name, which, interestingly, is not the main seat of UTair Aviation. UTair Aviation is a carrier involved in the activities of the United Nations. It operates flights, including to eastern and central Europe, and also moves within Russia. The IATA code is: UT.
