Zdecydowanie odradzam
Leciałem ze 3 razy na trasie Kijów - Taszkent. Raz miałem opóźnienie 12 godzin na próżno szukać kogokolwiek kto by zapewnił posiłek lub hotel. Po kilku godzinach zlitowała się nade mną obługa linii lotniczej AeroSvit dzięki temu dostałem ciepły posiłek. Samolot opóźniony przyleciał z usterką techniczną, przez kolejną godzinę zastanawiano się czy wydać zgodę na start. W drodze powrotnej leciał znajomy i samolot miał awaryjne lądowanie... żadne lotnisko nie chciało przyjąć samolotu. Innym raziem sprzedano mi bilet na trasie Taszkent - Kijów - Warszawa i z powrotem. Lot na trasie Kijów - Warszawa - Kijów obługiwany był przez AeroSvit, który stwierdził, że bezprawnie UmAir sprzedaje ich bilety bo ma zakaz i bilet jest nieważny, dzięki uprzejmości linii AeroSvit dostałem jednak bilet. Kierownik/Dyrektor biura w Taszkencie to mówiąc wprost cham i prostak, brak kultury. I najważniejsza UWAGA: Linie wpisane na czarną listę europejską. Mają obecnie zakaz latania nad terytorium Unii Europejskiej. Ciekawe dlaczego...
