일방적 취소
비행기표 예약후 갑작스런 취소로 원하지 않는 시간으로 변경해서 불편했는데 사과 한마디 없고 가격도 다른데 환불도 없음

Cancelled flight
I was due to fly from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville at 2010 hours on Thursday 28th March. They cancelled the fight, made us wait over 1 hour for a bus. They offered no compensation, no food, no water. No alternative ie hotel and morning flight. Their attitude was disgusting, arrogant, with no interest at all in the customers. I did notice that there were several buses arriving to pick up passengers. I would guess that this is a regular occurrence, and if the flight isn’t full, they cancel it because it’ s cheaper for them. 4 and a half hours on a bus, worst airline I have ever seen.
