Worst experience ever. Zero rating

Our flight leaving Cape Town was delayed by 25 mins. We landed in Ethiopia and made our way down to the gate only to discover they had given our seats away. We weee traveling with our 9 year old daughter and we were told we would need to wait 24 hours for the next flight to Dublin. It’s the worst airport we have ever been in,there are I facilities, even the vending machines were empty. the toilets were filthy with no soap and very little staff anywhere. We got stuck with an elderly couple as they gave our 5 seats away to someone else. That couple alreDy missed 2 days of their holiday as their flight was cancelled on a Monday and moved to Wednesday. It was absolutely disgraceful from start to finish and I will never fly with Ethiopian Airlines again

The company employes are not honest , they lied.... the only thing that they want is quiet. They did't give me the seats that i paid for , in advance and they didn't try to help . They forgot about the special meal that i ordered , so i didn't eat in the flight . The staff in tel aviv and in addis was not so good . The staff on the aircraft was expectble

The journey was safe, haszal and problems free, I air plane was really high standard. Absolutely amazing, Stave was not that friendly, I just needed a water, and asked one female staff if she can give a water, Ok she said, Nothing happened, I wait and wait and wait, no one is gonna come, I went to the staff room, their is a same woman I asked the water one hour ago, I asked her again, please was waiting a bottle of water from you, We coming she said, with very loud voice, That's was not what I expected from one of the best airline in the world,

They canseled my return flight and wanted to put me in a cherp not safe hotel. They gave me the money of the cheep hotel as compensation.
