It was the worst travel experience of my life. Flight was canceled after we waited 4 minutes in the boarding area. The options provided were horrible. We incurred more than $2500 in additional expenses and lost three days of our vacation.

Cold trip
Due to closed airspace over Pakistan, the flight was delayed ca 2,5 hours. That was not Norwegians fault of course. The plan was so cold inside that people were sitting with their winter clothes on. The trip took around 12,5 hours non stop. One inferior thing was that You could o n l y pay with a card on the flight. On this trip I did not have any card...Not good.
