1 piece of hand luggage is included in the price of every TUI Airways flight ticket. Its allowed weight depends on what type of flight you book with this airline. If you would like to take laptop or handbag as you hand luggage, they must fit within one suitcase or bag of given size. Hand luggage must be placed in an overhead storage compartment. Checked-in luggage can be added to your reservation for an extra charge. If you wish to pack liquids, use containers of no more than 100ml. Some of the items cannot be carried onboard and must be packed to your check-in luggage. These include guns and objects with a sharp or blunt point or edge. Electronic cigarettes may be placed in your hand luggage but the use during the flight is forbidden.

In Thomson Airways you will not find typical booking classes. Here one price applies to each flight, charges may vary depending on the haul you’re travelling – short, medium or long. Even though the regular offer is the same for all of the passengers, you can buy additional services. One of them is checked-in luggage. You’re entitled to a smaller or bigger version, depending on how many items would you like to take with you. You can choose few options from the board menu. As you can see, even though Thomson doesn’t offer booking classes, you can adjust the flight standard to your needs. You can upgrade your trip on long-haul flights by joining Economy Club or Premium Club.

If you’ve decided (while booking) for the option to select your seat, extra space seats or Premium Club seats, online check-in will be available for you earlier than for the passengers who haven’t decided for additional options. To see if the online check-in is available, we would encourage you to use your account created while booking a flight. By typing your reservation number you will get the exact time of your check-in. Online check-in is available before your outbound and before the return flight. It enables you to omit additional fees for checked-in luggage and to shorten your stay in the departures hall just before the takeoff.
