Baggage
All passengers were allowed to carry one standard cabin bag measuring no more than 55cm x 35cm x 20cm as well as one small personal item to fit under the seat in front of them. It was suggested that travelers measure their cabin bags before arriving at the airport to meet baggage policy requirements, otherwise it could be transferred to the hold and a charge levied. Get More customers could also bring a piece of hold baggage weighing no more than 23kg. With All In there were two items of hold baggage, each weighing up to 23kg.
Booking classes
Flybe offered economy class seats only. The airline allocates its customers seats, but for an additional charge it offers the option to choose a preferred seat. Passengers flying on Get More tickets could pre-book standard seating for free, while All In customers could also book extra-legroom seats and get complimentary refreshments on board as well as executive lounge access and fast track boarding. The airline also made it possible to book an extra seat next to the passenger who may require it due to medical reasons. This could be arranged by phone after the reservation was made.
Online check-in
Online check-in was not available for all departure airports. It is necessary to visit the suitable section on the website for more information. Online check-in opened 36 hours and closed 1 hour before scheduled departure time. The boarding pass could be printed in either colour or black and white. When checking-in using the mobile application, it would be automatically stored on the mobile device.
Fleet
The carrier had a fleet of as many as 76 aircraft, including the following: Bombardier Dash 8 Q400, Embraer 175, and Embraer 195.
Exeter Airport
Exeter airport offers travellers places to shop, eat, drink and relax. Those flying on business can use a conference room. Baby changing facilities are available in rooms adjacent to the toilets. Passengers who require special assistance could contact Flybe by email or phone at least 48 hours before departure to request it. There are several options for reaching Exeter airport - the nearest rail station is within 5 miles from the airport and buses as well as coaches run from and to Exeter airport. It also has an authorised taxi service. The airport offers long and short stay parking options.
Refreshments
All In customers received one complimentary deli item and one beverage. Other passengers could purchase refreshments served by the in-flight café. The menu featured a variety of breakfast options, pastries, sandwiches, soups, light bites, savory snacks, and a variety of hot, cold and alcoholic drinks.
Additional services
The airline Flybe offered passengers participation in the loyalty program Rewards4all. Onboard, the carrier offered Flight Time Magazine.

Cash squeezing company
I traveled one way with cabin bag, the same bag while return not allowed to carry, because the two wheels are beyond the maximum level of width and the weight is only 6.5 kg. I forced to pay 35 euros extra there. Looking to squeeze money from passengers. At the same time, after the security clearance while sitting, I saw some passengers carrying larger bags with more weights. why two attitudes? I will advice don't travel with flybee.

flybe dublin to cardiff one way
i was travelling to purchase a car in cardiff,the flight was 50 minutes late,apparently due to crew cabin sickness coming from southampton to dublin.this left me no time in the vw garage to check out my car,as i had to drive to pembroke dock for my sailing home.i had to drive faster than i would have liked,and only just made the boat. stressful !!!. flight itself was fine,but couldnt get back the time i lost.

Fine but unfair baggage policy
All fine except they charged for small bag to carry on board. This is despite the Ospreys rugby team all allowed huge carry on bags

To Cardiff
Unknowing about Flybe, we were very pleased with every aspect of our return flight from Dublin.

Surprised when we checked in. Asked us to put cabin baggage into Flybes machine. Of course cabin bags did not fit. We had to pay 14.00 each. Both our cabin bags have been with AerLingus, British Airways, Ryanair and many other Airlines around the world.
