Luleå
Luleå is a city in northern Sweden, set on the Gulf of Bothnia. It is the administrative centre of the Norrbotten region and the seat of Luleå municipality. It was granted city rights in 1621. It is home to a university of technology and the well-known ice hockey club Luleå HF. The city has a growing machinery, electronics and metallurgical industry. Luleå is well connected thanks to its airport and railway station. Winters are freezing and summers cool. The best time to visit is summer, when temperatures are more pleasant.
